Fellgroup is an American owned and managed company licensed, registered and operating in the United States of America, Central Asia and Eastern Europe since 2006. The company is comprised of a small but dedicated group of professionals spanning the three continents. Although Fellgroup continues to grow in its capacity to provide a variety of services, its core business is engineering and construction contracting to International Organizations, UN Agencies, US Government Agencies including USAID, NATO-NAMSA, and others.

Specializing in the Afghan construction market, key project experience includes horizontal construction, vertical construction, airfield and municipal infrastructure construction, including various military construction projects. Senior management has been involved with the reconstruction of Afghanistan beginning in 2002 and today Fellgroup continues to provide construction and program management on such projects for the United Nations, US Army Corps of Engineers, and US Army. Program management duties have been successfully executed on portfolios exceeding $65M. Since 2006, Fellgroup has managed the successful delivery of more than 100 infrastructure and facilities construction projects in Afghanistan, totaling more than $150M.
